The story so far...

I'm the photographer behind Jam Tart Photography. My main inspirations come from vintage film, music art and fashion. I like to take people's special days and events and capture them in a way that truly expresses what that beautiful day and people are all about.

I feel like I was born with a camera in hand, I remember my trusty wind-up film camera. It was red and I carried it everywhere with me, then I would save up my pocket money or beg my mother in order to get my photos developed. Even then I was a self-critical photographer wannabe and would sit for hours trying to figure out how next time, to not to cut my dad's head out of the photo. Six foot tall to a small girl is practically a giant and it took a lot of practice and patient to get everyone in the photo without limbs missing from the shot.

Luckily, I've come a long way since then and with a lot of photos in my portfolio from fashion to family portraits, models to music and gigs. I can safely say, making people's photos look the best they'll ever be and capturing the true essence of the moment is what it's all about for me. I will go the extra thousand miles to make sure every photo of your special day or event, looks exactly how you dreamed it would be!
